 - Thursday, September 18, 2008    Opening session and informational and educational conference tracks in the A.M.  Luncheon with keynote speaker, Anchorage City Manager, Mike Abbott.  Individual state break out sessions in the afternoon.  Evening dinner banquet.  Vendor booths open all day.

 - Friday, September 19, 2008    Educational tracks in A.M.  General session, wrapped up by 12:00pm.
