- Wednesday, September 17, 2008    Join us for a round of golf at the beautiful Anchorage Golf Course followed by a reception at O'Malley's on the Green. Vendor set up.

- Thursday, September 18, 2008    Opening session and informational and educational conference tracks in the A.M. Luncheon with keynote speaker, Anchorage Mayor Mark Begich. Individual state break out sessions in the afternoon. Evening dinner banquet. Vendor booths open all day.

- Friday, September 19, 2008    Educational tracks in A.M. General session, wrapped up by 12:00pm. Vendor area open 8-12. Vendors can break down their booths anytime between 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
